Zusammenfassung: | The aim of current study is to explore the relationships of self-compassion and experiential avoidance on self-esteem of adolescents with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based intervention. In particular, this study examined if self-compassion and experiential avoidance mediation pathways including the relationship of self-esteem, and the indirect effect of ACT on self-esteem through self-compassion and experiential avoidance (mediation). The research was designed as a quasi-experimental design. In the study group (experiment= 20, control group= 17) were randomly assigned to the groups. |
