Zusammenfassung: | This data shows the role of the coincidence site lattice (CSL) boundary when the Goss grains in the Fe-3%Si grain-oriented electrical steel grow abnormally. To check whether the matrix grains had a more specific orientation with CSL boundary, the CSL boundary relationship between the matrix grains and the four major orientations, namely Goss (90°, 45°, 90°), Cube (0°, 0°, 0°), Brass (35°, 45°, 0°), and Copper (90°, 35°, 45°), was investigated for the specimen after primary recrystallization. Then, to confirm the behavior of the Goss grains and the matrix grains with CSL boundaries, remaining or disappearing grains were numbered for the specimen after heat treatment. The CSL boundary relationship with the Goss grains was recorded and analyzed for each grain. A total of four specimens were used for analysis, and each specimen was analyzed ex-situ using electron backscattered diffraction. |
