Zusammenfassung: | Raw data from 60 participants (P#) for the assessment of (A) the music-to-color association, (B) the perceptual characteristics and emotion of color, and (C) the emotion of music. Part A consists on the selection of the three most (+) and the three least (-) representative colors, from the 37 colors based on the Berkeley Color Project (Schloss, Poggesi, & Palmer, 2011), for each of the 16 musical stimuli; colors are labeled with an alphanumeric ID. Part B consists on the evaluation of each of the 37 colors, according to the variables of Red-Green, Yellow-Blue, Saturation, Brightness, Valence, and Arousal, on a scale from -100 to +100. Part C consits on the evaluation of each of the 16 musical stimuli, according to the variables of Valence, Arousal, Pleasure, and Familiarity, on a scale from -100 to +100. All data was anonymously acquired with the informed consent of each of the 60 participants, according to the World Medical Association (2013), for academic, research, and publication purposes.
