The TEM file contains the original bright-field images, High-resolution (HR) images, and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) patterns used in Figure S1. The FTIR Data file contains the original data of FTIR spectra used in Figure 2. The NanoSIMS Data-surface file contains the original NanoSIMS Data of minerals from the uppermost surface to a depth of ~110–170 nm of minerals. The NanoSIMS Data-interior file contains the original NanoSIMS data in the interior of implanted minerals.
