Stress-strain data of strain jump tests for Fe50Mn25Cr15Co10Nx (x=0~1.6) high entropy alloys

Zusammenfassung: | The strain rate jump tests were conducted by changing the strain rate between 10−3s−1 and 10−2s−1 to measure the strain rate sensitivities of nitrogen-free and nitrogen containing Fe50Mn25Cr15Co10Nx (x=0~1.6) high entropy alloys. The strain rate sensitivity m was calculated based on the change of the flow stress obtained from the strain rate jump tests using the following equation, m =(∂ ln σ)/(∂ ln έ), where σ is the flow stress and έ is the strain rate. The strain rate sensitivity (SRS) increased significantly with increase of nitrogen content. Interestingly, the strain rate sensitivity (SRS) increased significantly with increase of nitrogen content. |
