Original WB - The Macrophage-Associated LncRNA MALR Facilitates ILF3 Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation to Promote HIF1α Signaling

Zusammenfassung: | Tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs) are the most abundant immune cells in the tumour microenvironment. Liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) occurs in a wide range of biological processes, but its role and the underlying mechanisms in tumours remain obscure. Here, we uncovered a Macrophage-Associated Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), MALR, which drives the LLPS of interleukin enhancer-binding factor 3 (ILF3). These files contain all of the gel pictures of western blot in our research. |
