Zusammenfassung: | The data is from a cross-sectional survey of patients with co-morbid type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and hypertension in a health facility (Adabraka Polyclinic) in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, West Africa. The data was collected from October 2021 to November 2021
The study focused on patients 18 years and above, presenting with a history of both T2DM and hypertension diagnosis for at least six months, on medications and reported at the outpatient department of the hospital. Patients on admission, those diagnosed with type 1 and gestational diabetes were excluded from the study. |
