Zusammenfassung:The presented data include specification of samples taken from the outcrops of Upper Miocene strata, present in the Turiec Basin (Western Carpathians, Central Europe). The samples underwent granulometric analysis by sieving and laser diffraction and geochemical analysis by X-ray fluorescence, ICP-ES and ICP-MS. Moreover, the samples were subject to geochronological analysis by authigenic 10Be/9Be dating, and the provided sheets include all input data, which were acquired during sample processing, ICP-MS measurements of beryllium concentrations and AMS measurements of 10Be/9Be ratios, which ultimately served for calculation of natural authigenic 10Be/9Be ratios. The concentration of beryllium, iron and manganese in the authigenic phase was analyzed by ICP-MS.
