Zusammenfassung: | This dataset enabled the researchers to design the tissue engineering scaffold computationally with a specific porosity and pore size by choosing the scaffold pattern (TPMS, or the customized implicit function), ω, and t. The TPMS-based scaffolds were generated from the marching cube algorithm (https://github.com/nodtem66/Scaffolder). The pore sizes (minimum Feret diameter and maximum Feret diameter), porosity (1 -scaffold volume / original volume), and surface area were acquired by the slice contour technique and geometric algorithm. The two parameters: angular frequency (ω) and iso-level (t), were introduce to customize the TPMS functions. |
