Zusammenfassung: | The data provides boundary conditions to numerically investigate the flame wall interactions of an experimental test bench at the Bundeswehr University of Munich. To fully describe the boundary conditions three data sets are available.
The first data set contains the mainflow boundary conditions of the test section upstream of the fuel injectors. The velocity and RMS-velocity fields are provided. The Large-Eddy-Simulations (LES) capability of ANSYS Fluent was used to create this dataset. The second data set describes the exit boundary conditions of the fuel injector into the test section at a momentum ratio of I = 10. Methane was used as fuel. LES by using the open source package OpenFOAM were applied for the data creation. The third data set describes the temperature distribution at the test section's wall. The data was derived from signals of wall-embedded thermocouples by using MATLAB and COMSOL and by running the inverse heat conduction method. |
