Zusammenfassung:Our aim was to compare the immune responses of mildly-symptomatic COVID-19 patients with regular course of infection to those of patients with persistent SARS-CoV-2 infection. These set of data was obtained from plasma and PBMCs purified from healthy human individuals (HC) and COVID-19 patients with either a short infection period (until 21 days after symptom onset, NP) or with long-term infection (detectable SARS-CoV-2 RNA by qRT-PCR in nasopharynx for longer than 21 days after symptoms onset, P). The data represent a set of plasma cytokines and flow cytometry imunophenotyping data obtained from frozen plasma and PBMCs from the refered study subjects. We observed significant diferents in several of the analyzed parameters between the study groups, indicating distinct immune responses defining the group of olygosymptomatic long-term infected patients.
