CPLEX code of the L-shaped method for wagon sizing and allocating wagon
In this research, a scenario-based two-stage stochastic programming model has been solved by using the L-shaped method. The model determines the optimal number of wagons and allocation of full and empty wagons during different time periods to optimize profit.
