Zusammenfassung: | We examined the origins of marine fish lineages endemic to the subtropical islands of Lord Howe, Norfolk, and Rangitāhua in the Southwest Pacific using probabilistic biogeographic models. Specifically, we assessed the influence of jump-dispersal, geographic distance, and climate zone differences in the evolution of the geographic distribution of endemic lineages employing models from the R package 'BioGeoBEARS'. Here we provide the input files to run our 'BioGeoBEARS' analyses, as well as our output files. |
