Zusammenfassung:The characteristics and peri-operative and post-operative observations of the study. This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel analgesic technique of RSB through the incision of the port site under direct vision in gynecological laparoendoscopic single-site surgeries. The primary outcomes were NRS scores, FAS grades at 1, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h, and percentages of PCA bolus used during each time point postoperatively. The secondary outcomes included the procedures of abdominal wall nerve block; side effects of PCIA; durations of the first turning over, getting up, and exhaustion; length of hospitalization; and degree of satisfaction for pain management at discharge. All these parameters were observed by the same gynecologist who was blinded to the grouping number. The data were composed of demographic variables, and outcomes were summarized as mean±standard deviations, median (interquartile range, IQR), numbers and proportions. Parametric data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests, and nonparametric data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test among the three groups. The differences between the groups were analyzed with LSD or Dunnett-t3 test as appropriate. Proportions were compared using the Chi-square test and Fisher’s exact tests as appropriate.
