Zusammenfassung: | This study aimed to evaluate healthcare professionals' attitudes and understanding of the differences between osteopathic medicine, chiropractic care, and physiotherapy. A survey was distributed to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to assess their knowledge of each field's practices, treatment methods, and perceived effectiveness. Results showed that while most participants had a good understanding of physiotherapy, knowledge about osteopathy and chiropractic care was less clear. The findings highlight a need for better training and communication about these professions' unique roles within the healthcare system. Improved multidisciplinary education and teamwork could lead to better patient referrals, enhanced collaboration, and improved patient outcomes. |
