Zusammenfassung:Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of a period of high intensity interval trainings (HIIT) with pomegranate juice (PJ) consumption on lipid metabolism in laboratory mice with CRC. Methods: 32 male BALBC/75 mice (weighing 18-22 grams and aged 8-10 weeks) with CRC (injected with 2 ×105 live CT26 cells) divided into 1) CRC, 2) PJ, 3) HIIT, and 4) HIIT+PJ. Also, 8 mice were selected as healthy control group (HC). Mice in HIIT groups ran with an intensity of 75-90% of the maximum speed on a slope of 15 degrees. PJ supplement was 5% of the daily water intake. Results: In the HIIT group, the expression of HSL was higher and the levels of DGAT2 was lower than CRC group. Also, in the HIIT group, the levels of LDLr and APO E were higher than CRC group (P≤0.05). In the PJ and HIIT+PJ groups, the levels of HSL, Acetyl CO A, LDLr and APO E were higher, and the levels of DGAT2 Was lower than CRC group (P≤0.05). Conclusion: It seems that HIIT and PJ supplement both alone and synergistically have favorable effects on improving lipid metabolism.
