Zusammenfassung:The survey’s data aimed at collecting information on topics reflecting occupational risk factors and mental health among hospital nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. We collected data on variables including gender, marital status, employment status, occupational health training, evaluation of work environment stressors, fear of Covid-19, and occupational burnout constructs, specifically reflecting emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. Processing of the collected data highlights factors related to working conditions, occupational burnout domains, and the links between personal and work-related factors and perceived mental health variables. Data from this study may be reused to provide invaluable resource for researcher, and workplace well-being units to better understand nurses’ working conditions and health outcomes in hospital settings.
