Zusammenfassung:The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the already high risk of mental health issues among HCWs due to their demanding work environment. Despite the significant stressors, the psychological well-being of HCWs in Central Asia has not been thoroughly investigated. Our study addresses this gap by examining depression, anxiety, stress, and well-being, and by identifying socio-demographic and pandemic-related factors that influence mental health outcomes.
