Toward the fauna of freshwater bivalve mollusks of the Malyi Yugan River basin (Russia, Western Siberia)

The data on the fauna and distribution of Bivalvia in the Malyi Yugan River basin (Western Siberia, Tyumen Region) are given. The aquatic malacofauna of this territory has not been studied previously. In 2013-2014, the Malyi Yugan River as well as seven its tributaries, two connected water bodies, seven floodplain lakes and a single moraine lake have been sampled. As a results, a list of 18 species of bivalves belonging to 6 genera of families Sphaeriidae and Unionidae, as well as data of mollusks distribution are provided.
