Zusammenfassung: | The dataset contains the fluorescence emission pattern of different phytoplankton species recorded on the ALPACA (a miniaturized and low-cost multi-channel fluorometer, developed within the PhD thesis of Zieger). The phytoplankton species were provided by the phytoplankton ecology lab from the University of the Basque Country. The phytoplankton species are all marine species, cultivated under medium light and were measured in their exponential phase. The GUI is the respective graphical user interface developed in the PhD for user-friendly data evaluation based on the pigment-based chemotaxonomy approach for phytoplankton classification. |
