Support dans l’exécution du bureau stratégique de l’Agence d’Information, d’Évaluation et de la Qualité en Santé

In the context of my studies of Business Engineering, nowadays, I am working in the internship strategy & operations consulting group in the public sector and in health care industry. My interest in sanitary technologies as well as my family’s medical tradition, has taken me towards Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and more concretely towards the public sector and the health care practice at Deloitte. In Catalonia’s Health Department, I had been collaborating in the strategic office for the Catalan Agency for Health Information and Quality Assessment (AIAQS). In fact this office represents a support element of this Department in the process of constitution of the new agency, providing strategic and operational support in the health care field. At the same time, from the strategic office, we’ll try to support, the incorporation of the Catalan Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Research (AATRM) in the new agency (AIAQS). To develop the advantages of this integration, we have analysed the market environment to identify the opportunities, threads, as well as the forces and weaknesses of the agency. Then, the analyse conclusions served to design future strategies and policies to change de new agency as the health assessment leading agency.
