Zusammenfassung:	The goal of this project is to update Von Mann Young Rhee’s book, ‘Internet Security: Cryptographic Principles, Algorithms and Protocols’ which is about network layer security and secret key authentication. It is an extremely important aspect in modern life to have security in the network to protect our information and prevent eavesdroppers or maleficent programs, for example. This is the reason why this project aims to update these kinds of algorithms and hash functions. This project uses methods such as the HMAC (Hashed Message Authentication Code) calculator and the RFC (Request For Comments) method to help find the results. Results have been obtained and have been proven to be the most appropriate; security and authentication of the messages has been increased due to this update.
