Zusammenfassung: | The wine sector is interested in having information on the behavior of foreign grape varieties that may be considered to make interesting new wines or wines that complement the quality obtained with local varieties. That is why this Final Grade Project aims to compare and evaluate the production and stocks of foreign varieties of vegetation with native varieties in the Appellations of Origin Penedes and Priorat, during the campaign of 2014. And if you love can be considered feasible and appropriate from the point of view introduce the wine to be implemented along with traditional varieties. So wine has evaluated the performance of four foreign varieties of white grapes, such as: Sauvignon Blanc, Incrozio, Manzoni, Muscat, Marsanne and comparing them with the variety Xarel·lo in the Penedès region; and the behavior of four foreign varieties of red wine grapes, such as: Cot, Marselan, Petit Verdot and Caladoc comparing them with the Grenache Priorat. In the study it has also been included the evaluation of wine possible differences sensory wines for each variety, coming from the two counties objects of study. The evaluation of the results emphasizes that the white variety closest to the variety Xarel·lo in terms of production is Marsanne grapes and wines made from the Muscat highlighted over others. As for the red varieties, any foreign variety has exceeded production Grenache is being Marselan that has come to this. Instead regarding vinification varieties Caladoc and Petit Verdot obtained wines that were very well valued.
Al sector vitivinícola l'interessa disposar d'informació sobre el comportament de varietats de raïm foranes que puguin ser considerades interessants per elaborar nous vins, o vins que complementin la qualitat dels obtinguts amb varietats locals. És per això que aquest Treball Final de Grau té com a objectiu comparar i avaluar la producció i vegetació de ceps de varietats foranes amb varietats autòctones en les Denominacions d'Origen del Penedès i del Priorat, durant la campanya del 2014. I estimar si es pot considerar viable i apropiat des del punt de vista vitivinícola introduir-les per a ser implantades juntament amb les varietats tradicionals. Per això s'ha avaluat el comportament vitivinícola de 4 varietats foranes de raïm blanc, com són: Sauvignon Blanc, Incrozio Manzoni, Muscat i Marsanne comparant-les amb la varietat Xarel·lo en la zona del Penedès; i el comportament vitivinícola de 4 varietats foranes de raïm negre, com són: Cot, |
