Zusammenfassung: | Nowadays, in management the computing is present everywhere. Thanks to computing variables
the control of a process is increasing every day. For instance, it is possible to extract the data from
any process and use the software tools to improve that process.
This study analyses the data obtained from a Dutch company of Software. We will analyze those
data to extract useful information to improve quality on the Software Development Process from
this company.
This thesis has been realized into the Erasmus exchange program between the Escola Tècnica
d’Enginyeria Industrial of Barcelona and the Technische Universiteit of Eindhoven.
The thesis is supported by the Technology Management department, concretely under the
Information System sub-department.
This thesis is directed by Dr.ir. J.M. Trienekens and Dr.ir. R.J. Kusters. Both of them are Associates
Professors at TU/e Eindhoven, in the area of software systems development
