Estudo das redes Mesh e sua aplicação na telemedicina

English: at one point in history where the terms sustainable and development are on everyone's lips, basics like health care need to be analyzed carefully. In Brazil, a country that in recent years is experiencing rates of economic growth out of the reach of most countries, the question is how this growth is reflected in the living conditions of its inhabitants. Access to a public health assurance and confidence is a challenge in which we all participate. Fortunately, we have tools that facilitate this process. The information technology and communication evolve with speed, and from this result came MESH technology. Due to its characteristics, it allows to create broad networks, affordable, supporting a suite of applications that makes them very attractive in areas such as telemedicine. Telemedicine is the set of tools to optimize health care services, saving time and resources. Several initiatives and social projects based on telemedicine programs have been successfully developed in different regions of the planet, but most by other technologies like Wireless Lan Area Networks (WLANs). Being a new technology, the mesh, still require time and research to insure its optimum performance. This document presents the project initiated by the University of Fortaleza, which aims to study the behavior of these networks to develop social projects aimed at disadvantaged population of the state of Ceará. In the same way, the reader can find a study on the level of health services globally and locally, more of the processes needed to develop telemedicine projects. En Brasil, país que en los últimos años está experimentando índices de crecimiento económico lejos del alcance de la mayoría de países del mundo, el interrogante es cómo este crecimiento se ve reflejado en las condiciones de vida de sus habitantes.
