Imbricació urbana del moviment: continuïtat, accessibilitat i estructuració al Sistema de Tramvia d'Ayacucho, Medellín

Centrats en el sentit d’urbanitat, aquest article s’ha plantejat com una aproximació a la capacitat de transformació que té el binomi sistema d’espai públic – sistema de transport públic, en els processos de reestructuració i/o requalificació urbana en diferents contextos geogràfics. Això s’aborda en termes de l’esmena o del reacomodament morfològic de certes ruptures que presenta el teixit urbà davant de la idea de l’espai públic com a sistema polisèmic d’articulació, estructuració i suport de la ciutat. Les aportacions urbanes suscitades a partir de la reimplementació del transport públic guiat a la ciutat, poden apreciar-se a la llum de l’anàlisi del cas del canal tramviari d’Ayacucho a la ciutat de Medellín, actuació urbana que ha representat una eina significativa de “fer ciutat” , de la qual es conclou que s’ha consolidat com una pauta de creixement que ha permès, alhora, projectar amb cert grau de certesa un desenvolupament urbà en un temps consensuat a partir de polítiques públiques. Aquesta intervenció ha possibilitat també la conformació d’un ambient urbà flexible (polivalent), propici per a la generació d’intercanvis espontanis i la reconnexió entre les instàncies (activitats i llocs) urbanes que presentava el teixit urbà amb les noves instàncies urbanes que s’han generat partir de la implementació del tramvia. Focused on the sense of urbanity, this article has been proposed as an approximation to the transformation capacity of the binomial public space system - public transport system, in the process of urban restructuring and / or requalification in different geographical contexts. The above is approached in terms of the correction or morphological rearrangement of certain ruptures that the urban fabric presents, inside the idea of ​​public space as a polysemic system of articulation, structuring and support of the city. The urban contributions raised from the re-implementation of guided public transport in the city can be seen through the analysis of Ayacucho tramway in the city of Medellín. This is considered an urban action that has represented a significant way of “making a city”.
