This research was conducted at Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia in a population of 761 students who were active in student organizations that carried out entrepreneurial activities. By using the proportional stratified random sampling method, a sample of 262 student members of the organization was obtained. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire. The results of the path analysis stated that the entrepreneurial culture was able to be a mediator or moderator in intervening in the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study can be used as considerations in developing student organization policies and budgets to stimulate the development of student organizations based on entrepreneurial culture.
