Zusammenfassung:Grimmia incurva Schwägr. and Schistidium umbrosum (J.E.Zetterst.) H.H. Blom (Grimmiaceae) are reported for the first time from Turkey, Southwest Asia. Turkish plants are described and illustrated from material collected from Göllüdağ Volcano in the Central Anatolia (Niğde) which has a semi-arid, continental climate with a severe frost period in winter.
