Zusammenfassung: | Influence of extra annealing of glass samples on optical properties of
CuHal
crystallites has been investigated. It has been found that considerable narrowing of exciton lines takes place as result of this low temperature heat treatment. Both annealing of crystallite defects and phase transition are responsible for this effect. Size dependence of exciton linewidth has been obtained. It has been shown that the observed dependence can be explained taking into account increase of surface/volume ratio with decreasing of crystallite size. |
