Zusammenfassung: | In optical probing of a vibration profile of sound in a medical transducer, using a modified Michelson interferometer, a technique for constant sensitivity is described. The method is due to the electronical processing whereby the influence of the optical characteristics of a measuring surface as well as of external vibrations upon the sensitivity is removed. By using the probing system employing the electronical processing unit, a profile of vibrating sound is found with high fidelty. |
