For these reasons, it has become necessary to investigate the social media and to emphasize the effects of these activities. In this study, what causes the dependencies of individuals to social media and what the social media brings to and from the lives of individuals will be examined. In this study, data colonialism, which is one of the hidden sides of social media, will be revealed by Facebook application analysis.
