Inthis article we explore the cultural component in the teaching ofSpanish as a foreign language in two quite dissimilar contexts,Argentina and Denmark. We focus on the most usedcoursebooks and compare them to the guidelines established bythe local institutional contexts. Two main points of discussionare the treatment of the intercultural ideal and the distributionof Iberic and Latin American elements. |
