Zusammenfassung:Case 1: A 30-year-old woman who was diagnosed as traumatic thoracic aortic dissection and other multiple organ injuries duringa traffic accident was performed an operation. Case 2: A 65-year-old man who was diagnosed as a ulcer-like projection (ULP) was expanded was performed an operation. In both cases, we used a fenestrated stent graft in order to preserve the left subclavian artery. By using fenestrated stent graft, it was possible to have secured a landing zone, preserving the left subclavian artery. It was suggested that fenestrated stent graft for preserving the left subclavian artery is one of the useful surgical techniques.
