Опазване на културно-историческото наследство при бедствия и война

The paper presents the problems related to protection of the cultural and historic heritage in case of disasters and war. The main elements of this heritage and their characteristics are analyzed. An analysis is made of some aspects of the international legal framework related to the protection of the cultural heritage in case of war.
