Zusammenfassung: | In May 2013, a trial excavation was conducted in the residence of the Haddad family on ‘Aqabat Rasas Street in the Muslim Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem (Permit No. A-6822; map ref. 222061/632091), after antiquities were discovered while renovating the house. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority, was directed by E.D. Kagan (photography), with the assistance of M. Kunin (surveying and drafting), B. Dolinka (ceramics), I. Lidsky-Reznikov (pottery drawing) and D. Porotsky (plan and map location). The excavation was carried out in coordination and cooperation with the property owners. |
