Qiryat Ata

During December 2006-January 2007, a salvage excavation was conducted at the Early Bronze Age site at the southern end of Qiryat Ata, Ha-Te'enim Street (Permit No. A-4938; map ref. 210402-66/744904-45), prior to the installation of a sewer line. The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and underwritten by the Qiryat Ata municipality, was directed by M.A. Tabar, with the assistance of S. Ya'aqov-Jam (administration), V. Essman and V. Pirsky (surveying), A. Dagot (GPS), T. Sagiv (field photography), N. Zak (drafting) and M. Shuiskaya (drawing). Additional help was rendered by H.
