Specifically, this research explores the theoretical framework that underpins gender and leadership styles, outlines the methodology used for investigating gender and career progression in the Malaysian workforce, and presents the findings and implications of this research. Finally, this research suggests strategies and interventions to improve gender diversity and enable women's leadership development in Malaysia.
