Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of a club counterbalancing struggle program on coaches in commercial tennis clubs, and clarify the points to keep in mind for conducting the program, then examine the availability for human resource management use and for expanding the method of the program. For this purpose we conducted 2 studies as follows: 【Study 1】 : We conducted a club counterbalancing struggle program with tennis coaches, then examined effects of the program and points to keep in mind for conducting the program by an interview of participants. 【Study 2】 : We conducted the program with tennis coaches again, based upon points to keep in mind for conducting the program obtained from Study 1. Then we examined effects of the program and points to keep in mind for conducting the program by interviewing the participants again. In addition to that, we examined points to keep in mind for conducting the program in more detail, by interviewing about evaluation improvements of coaches participating two programs. As a result, we clarified the following items: “discovery of challenges” , “improving the level by matches” , “improving empirical value of matches” , “learning by spectating matches” , “increase in training motivation before the program” , “increase in training motivation after the program” , “appreciating the fun” , “reaffirm the motive of tennis coach” , “interaction with teammate” , “interaction with opponents” , “learning features in another club and coach” , “enhancing identification for home club” , “increasing team′s solidarity” , “mutual understanding with teammate” , and “feedback from participants” , as effects of the program. Additionally, we clarified the following considerations about conducting the program: “deciding numbers of matches” , “participating veteran coaches” , “making consideration for time zones” , “early announcement” , “creating an opportunity for feedback” , “regular organization” , “announcement for club members to increase spectator numbers” , “strict opening and closing session” , “certain participant numbers” , “feedback from dialogue” , and “having convivial party” . |
