Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude to power saving and the relation of the amount of change of body activities five months after. METHOD : A Web investigation was conducted with 1650 respondents in February 2013 (T2), and in September 2012 (T1), and replies were obtained from 1091 persons. Survey items were power-saving action regulation factor (39 items) and IPAQ-SV. Logistic regression analysis was carried out about the attitude to power saving (T1), and the relation of the amount of physical activities of five months after (T2). RESULT : The persons who evaluated the benefits of power saving highly in September, 2012 correlated significantly with the group which shifted the amount of sufficiency of recommended physical activities five months after (OR=1.90 or 95%CI=1.13-3.20, p= 0.016). CONCLUSION : The benefits of power saving for promoting physical activity were clarified by the longitudinal study.
