Zusammenfassung: | The research problem is focused the impact of training and development evaluation toward productivity in Jordanian maritime shipping companies: moderator variable organizational commitment. The researchers analyzed the most recent theories and conceptual frameworks to develop the research questions and objectives. The current study demonstrates that organizational commitment acts as a moderator variable, a training and development evaluation in maritime shipping companies, and both factors boost productivity in these companies in Jordan. This study also discovered substantial links between training and development evaluation and productivity, which suggests that organizational commitment may be a key moderator in these correlations. This result suggests the value of training and development evaluation for raising productivity in maritime shipping companies. Data for the study were gathered through the use of a questionnaire. Respondents received the questionnaire and were given the opportunity to complete it. A total of 152 questionnaires were handed out. Following reminders and follow-up, 147 surveys were collected. SPSS and PLS-SEM were used to analyze the data, and structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed to identify the simultaneous interactions between numerous distinct components. |
