Zusammenfassung: | Although a long time has passed since alarm bells first sounded a warning of a tendency toward low quality of marine fuel oil, there have been no signs at all of improvement. Moreover, we report on the correspondence of recent regulations concerning prevention of air pollution by ships and low sulphur fuel oil. |
