ESTUDO DA CIRCUNFERÊNCIA NO ENSINO MÉDIO: SUGESTÕES DE ATIVIDADES COM A UTILIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE GEOGEBRA

http://dx.doi.org/10.5902/2179460X14252This article proposes three activities that can be developed to study the circle for High School students. All proposed activities use the free software of the dynamic geometry Geogebra as learning tool. The suggested activities have as goal to teach, through instruction scripts, the following content: circle equations (reduced and general), relative position between point and circle and relative position between line and circle. In addition, we will portray an analysis of the activities that based the proposal of our task when these were executed in three Technical Learning Integrated to High School’s third year junior groups. We conclude the validity of the activities by student performance on assessments, showing a better knowledge of the subject in relation to students in classes in which there GeoGebra was not used.
