Zusammenfassung: | A 34-year-old man was admitted to our department with right lower abdominal pain and fever suffering for two days. Computer tomography (CT) and abdominal ultrasound (US) showed a linear high intensity lesion in the small intestine and a part of this lesion was detected throughout the wall of the small intestine. Emergency surgery was performed and revealed that a fish bone penetrated from a Meckel diverticulum to the epiploic appendix of the ascending colon. We herein, report this case in addition to the investigation of reported similar cases. |
