Zusammenfassung: | A 63-year old woman admitted for epigastric discomfort was found in gastroscopy. To have a 0'-I lesion on the lesser curvature of the gastric angle. A biopsy showed adenocarcinoma, after which she was admitted to our hospital. Computed tomography showed a large tumor with a low density area in the left hepatic lobe. Con-trast CT showed hyperattenuation of the peripheral portion leading to a diagnosis of synchronous metastatic hepatic tumor with early gastric cancer. Because no other metastatic lesions was found, we conducted distal gastrectomy and left hepatic lobectomy. Histlogically, the gastric cancer was early and without metastasis to the lymph nodes. The liver mass consisted of lymphocytes and plasmocytes. The diagnosis was inflammatory pseudotumor. Inflamatory pseudotumor. This only the eight cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver accompanied by cancer reported in Japan. |
