Zusammenfassung:We report a resection case of synchronous triple cancer in the G-I tract. A 69-year-old man showing occult blood stool was received total colonoscopic examination and detected colonic polyp. Endoscopic mucosal resection was performed for this lesion. Histopathological examination reported this specimen was adenocarcinoma and a radical operation was required. Not only early cancer in colon but also early cancer in the esophagus and stomach were detected by upper GI endoscopy for preoperative routine examination. Total resection of thoracic esophagus, total gastrectomy and partial resection of the transverse colon were simultaneously performed with Roux-en-Y reconstruction using the jejunum through a retromediastinal route. Esophageal specimen was histologically squamous cell carcinoma. Stomach and colonic specimen were adenocarcinoma. Synchronous triple early carcinoma in the alimentary tract is not frequently reported in Japan.
