Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study was to find the efficiency rate of 3 month conditioning upon performance in sprint fatigue test and blood lactate level. The training load was given by anaerobic endurance training with repeated 200 m and sprint endurance work out with repeated 60 m, once weekly they run also 40 min. of aerobic endurance training in regeneration zone. The hypothesis was confirmed, after 3 month preparation the blood lactate levels after sprint fatigue test were significantly higher, from input 15.1±1.7 to output 17.4±2.2 mmol.l-1 (p
