Zusammenfassung:A 71-year-old woman noticed a solid mass in her right breast and visited our hospital. The mass was diagnosed as apocrine carcinoma and tumor cells contained a large number of 3-37 km intracytoplasmic lumina (ICL) in the cytoplasm. Immunohistochemically, GCDFP-15, EMA, and keratin were positive in tumor cells, but CD 68 was negative.
