Zusammenfassung: | Human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and HPV type analysis were done by dot blot DNA hybridization. 1) HPV genome was detected in 22.2%(22/99) of mild dysplasia, in 62.9%(22/35) of moderate dysplasia, in 42.9%(6/14) of severe dysplasia, in 59.2%(45/76) of carcinoma in situ (CIS), in 77.4%(24/31) of invasive squamous cell carcinoma and 45.5%(5/11) of invasive adenocarcinoma, while in 1.4%(3/218) of normal women. 2) HPV 52 b genome was detected in 13.9%(10/72) of the cervical lesions, which were negative for HPV 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33 and 35 types by Vira Pap or Viratype kit detection system of HPV. 3) HPV 31/33/35 were detected as highly as HPV 16/18 in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical carcinomas. 4) HPV 16/18 genomes were also detected in 62.5%(5/8) of the vaginal lesions. |
