Zusammenfassung:A case with papillary hidradenoma of the vulva is reported. Cytologic findings of this tumor correspond to the characteristic histologic pattern of these benign growths. Microscopically, papillary hidradenoma derived from apocrine sweat gland, has been readily mistaken for low-grade adenocarcinoma. Therefore, cytology may be helpful in establishing the correct diagnosis of papillary hidradenoma.
