The Prospect of the European Economy and Integration during the Coronavirus Pandemic

The European Economy has been severely suffering from the coronavirus pandemic. In order to deal with such serious crisis, the establishment of the Recovery fund consisting of 750 billion euro and the issue of the joint European bonds have been decided at the EU summit in July 2020. It is expected that they would lead to the Fiscal Union and the EU could play a more active role on the global stage.
